So I took the plunge and upgraded my Mac Pro to Snow Leopard and low and behold my web development environment – I was using a combination of PHP, MySQL, phpMyAdmin & Coldfusion 8 -stopped working. I tried numerous attempts to get CF9 working with a new MAMP installation, but had no luck. I was finally able to get things working by just using Snow Leopard’s stand alone versions of PHP/Apache but had to tweak the MySQL version. I will try to post a write up with links, screenshots and possibly even videos to help others. I will also link to various other developers’ posts who helped me through the process.

MediaStorm has some simply stunning video, worth checking out. Great for digital media producers to showcase their work. The Brightcove service powers their video delivery. Very cool site.
